4 new members to the UMACA Black Belt family

Congratulations to Rachel Hanne, Samuel Atienza, Brandon Burckhardt, and Jacob Matulevich for completing and passing their Black Belt examination this past Saturday January 30th. All four students did an excellent job and inspired everyone in attendance. Shelby Palmasano and Christian Spicer also passed their examinations for 2dan Black belt. It is always a wonderful time of reflection for me when a student goes through this process. Congratulations and welcome to the UMACA Black Belt family!

First Classes at New Location Start Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009

I am thrilled to announce that the first taekwondo class at the Troy UMACA location will be held at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow. I am very happy to be moving forward with our students in Troy and continuing to grow our program. The school looks great!
